Hello! This is a place for people who care about transforming business for the better. Those willing to challenge the status quo, put customers first and share learning and experiences to help one another.
Our ultimate goal is to increase prosperity for Scottish business through connecting like-minded people and encouraging collaboration for even better customer outcomes and happier workplaces. We’ll talk about current hot topics in industry and predictions for what’s coming around the corner.
As well as chatting and sharing ideas online we'll have a quarterly face-to-face Milk Bar meet-up covering a particular topic each time. We’ll have inspiring speakers, lots of opportunity for learning, discussion, debate and a few drinks too. Some topics we’re considering so far are design thinking, digital transformation, leadership, workforce culture….any other ideas are very welcome!
