The Brum Scrum Clinic is a health check for ScrumMasters, Delivery Managers or members of a Scrum team to help them on their journey. It’s a great place to bring your struggles and issues, offer ideas, listen and learn.

How it works?

There is no set agenda, participants will be offered the opportunity to put forward their needs. Several experienced Agile Practitioners will give their time to support the evening. Using their experience and expertise, they will organise sessions making use of varied learning techniques such as role play, interactive exercises, pair dialog and whole group conversations. Issues will be explored, and resolutions sought.

Who should come along?

The Scrum Clinic is primarily aimed at any practicing ScrumMasters, certified or not, and to all those who have taken CSM or equivalent but not in a position to practice their craft. We also welcome people who have experience of working in Scrum and want to discuss common issues. To ensure we maximise the learning experience, the session is limited to 40 people.

Who’s facilitating?

Nigel Steane and Stephen Fletcher will host the evening with experienced Scrum Masters & Coaches - Matt Hayes, Sergio Seelochan and Karl Morgan, Deepee Mann Basra

Attendance at the Scrum Clinic qualifies all attendees for Scrum Education Units (SEU's) which are vital for renewing Scrum Alliance certifications.
