Nigel Baker - License Revoked: Some work on how to be a (secret) change agent

Nigel was going to be presenting a workshop at the New York Gathering on (Secret) Change Agency. In a case of horrible foresight, it was going to be about “viral change”. Then Viral Change happened. The Gathering was cancelled and so was Nigel’s workshop.

He had built a little before he was stopped though. This is going to be a workshop on those thoughts and ideas... (some of them quite half-formed) and see if we as a group can produce some new learning from those fragments and form them into tangible things to help others...”

Nigel Baker was the first speaker we had at the user group and it seems apt that he is the first to do a virtual meet-up with us.
