Tuesday Evening Run (TER)

Hey everyone the SGLRG is bringing you a very special TER this week! We are meeting at the large fountain by the MOHAI in South Lake Union and running a lap around the lake. Don't worry, we also will have a 3-mile version for those of us wanting to run a little less.

Why are we doing this you ask? A while back a bunch of us raced in the Lake Union 10k, ya know, the one sponsored by Portage Bay with the delicious breakfast afterwards?!?! Well apparently SGLRG was the fastest team (duh) and we won a $300 gift certificate to Art Marble 21, some kinda pizza and beer place closeby! The TER group fielded lots of runners for the 10k so our group hosts, Loka and Steve, have given TER the opportunity for some free yum yums!

A few deets about the meetup this week. We are going to meet around the large fountain near the MOHAI and kick the event off around 6:40PM (the usual). We are bringing you a 3-mile and 6-mile route, check the maps below for specifics. Finally we are going to meet at Art Marble 21 and enjoy the spoils of victory! :)

The size of the group for this particular meetup will govern how the gift certificate works out, but I'm thinking we'll have a SGLRG tab open with the restaurant and order pizza and pitchers until we max it out, then it's everyone for themselves afterwards. Hope to see you there!
