Seattle Running Club Sunday run

This week we'll be meeting at Sky Country at Cougar (NOTE THE CHANGE FROM RED TOWN!) for a run with a variety of options. Angel and Tim Mathis will be organizing a short (5 - 8 mile) run, with options for longer loops for those who are interested. 7:30 AM as usual, and all are welcome!
