Climate Coffee Conversation

Details

Come into community with neighbors who want to work together in their homes and communities to reverse global warming.

Project Drawdown's research ranked the 100 most effective solutions -- 80 of which already exist! These were then grouped into seven sectors -- Food, Energy, Land Use, Women & Girls, Materials, Buildings & Cities, and Transport.

Which sector(s) or solution(s) most speaks to you?

We'll start with intros to hear what we're each passionate or curious about. Then we'll break out into small Drawdown sector groups to explore our common area of interest more deeply.

  • What do we already know about the solutions in this sector? Want do we want to learn?
  • What's already being done in our area around those solutions?
  • How could we advance the sector's solutions at a community level -- in our workplace, schools, housing complex, and other communities we're already connected to?

Let's talk about how we can put the solutions that inspire us most into action.

What to Bring:

  • Your own reusable coffee cup.
  • A little cash to donate towards the coffee, tea and treats we'll provide.
