Happy Hour with Habitat Young Professionals!

Unwind with Habitat Young Professionals after work and meet other young professionals interested in doing good, while having fun! Habitat Young Professionals is a volunteer-based organization affiliated with Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County. We coordinate monthly volunteer opportunities and happy hours to help local young professionals get involved in our community. We and we pride ourselves on creating safe, fun and meaningful experiences for our volunteers, potential volunteers and supporters alike (please see our advisory against meet-market activity at the bottom of this invite). This month, we will be raffling off a Habitat t-shirt, bag and water bottle. All who make a donation or sign-up to volunteer for our April 19th community clean-up effort will receive an extra raffle ticket.

Please note, we will be on the billiards side of the Garage with two pool tables near the front doors for anyone who wants to play. Happy hour ends at 7pm, so be sure to get there early for the $3 wells and $2.50 pints!

What: HYP Happy Hour
When: Thursday, April 17th, 6:30-8pm
Where: Garage (street parking and paid lots nearby)
Why: Because you want to learn about how you can get involved in Habitat for Humanity's mission. Or, if this isn't your first time at the HYP rodeo, you want to see old friends an meet new ones.

**Please note that we are a volunteer group of young professionals interested in doing good for the community and helping others. We are not a "meet-market", and in-fact discourage number trollers from attending. If any attendee displays inappropriate behavior, makes inappropriate advancements toward, or harasses other attendees, s/he will be escorted off the premises immediately, and will be reported to Meetup. If you experience this type of behavior, please come tell us immediately so that we can remove the individual. Thank you in advance for helping us create a safe and inviting event.
