College tuition is up, public funding for universities is down, so students and families have taken on over $1.5 trillion in loans. To what extent -- if any-- has student debt impacted the short or long-term financial health of U.S. households? How should this be addressed?

Two teams of policy experts will debate this issue from two positions:

  1. Government should take action to reduce or eliminate student debt.
  2. What about personal accountability and taxpayer cost?
