Sensored Meetup Lucky #13

Details
Lemnos Labs has a new warehouse, the Sensored Meetup is back, and the sensor-hardware-internet-of-things space continues its wild explosion.
We're long overdue for a meetup, but fear not, you can get your sensor fix very soon!
This meetup will be back to the classic format -- 5-minute tech talks, pizza and drinks, and, most importantly, lots of time to meet everyone.
As usual, we'll have drinks and networking at 7, and at 7:30 we'll kick off the event with 5 sweet tech talks:
Jaki Levy: Networked Sculptures
Zachary Vorhies: The 100 watt hug
Kamil Kozak: Enteye - a better way to connect things
Micah Scott: Easier and tastier LED art with Fadecandy
Alex Glowaski: Pinoccio: Building the Nose-Computer Interface
Revolve Robotics (https://revolverobotics.com/) is setting up a KUBI, for our telepresence guests. Here's the info:

This month's Sensored is sponsored by O'Reilly Media (http://oreilly.com/):
"O'Reilly spreads the knowledge of innovators through its technology books, online services, magazines, research, and tech conferences. Since 1978, O'Reillyhas been a chronicler and catalyst of leading-edge development, homing in on the technology trends that really matter and galvanizing their adoption by amplifying "faint signals" from the alpha geeks who are creating the future. An active participant in the technology community, O'Reilly has a long history of advocacy, meme-making, and evangelism."
O'Reilly is running Solid (http://solidcon.com/solid2014), a conference about the intersection of hardware and software, which should be of interest to many of us.
Looking forward to seeing everyone!
Rachel
