Details

Atlanta Service Jam is a 48-hour design event where interdisciplinary teams design, prototype, and present new service concepts in a high energy, innovative environment. Along with 100+ locations in the Global Service Jam network, we bring robust service concepts to life and make friends in the process!

As a Jammer, you will learn and apply a variety of service design and creative skills applicable to all industries and fields. Network with a mix of designers, non-designers, and students before presenting your work to the group. The global theme will be announced at 6:30PM on Friday (local time). All projects must be uploaded to the Global Service Jam platform by 2:00PM on Sunday.

Whether you are a designer looking for new skills, someone who has never heard of service design, or a service design expert, come join us for a weekend of collaboration, learning, fun, and shared energy. This event is perfect for people with backgrounds in UX, interior design, architecture, graphic design, engineering, management consulting, customer experience, psychology, or any field that could benefit from a service approach.
