She Can Code IT is happy to welcome back Veronica Matthews to present! In 2020, Veronica spoke to us about Imposter Syndrome, and now she is back to discuss leadership and more specifically, leading from wherever you are in your career.

Veronica L. Matthews is an accomplished and certified Life & Leadership Coach, Human Resources Consultant, Author, Speaker, Trainer and Workshop Facilitator. She is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland and a cum laude graduate of Howard University. As a Leadership Coach, Veronica transforms managers into leaders of impact and influence and as a Life Coach she is purposed to restore the confidence of women who have experienced trauma. Additionally, Veronica provides corporate training, coaching and HR Consulting services to start-up and small businesses in need of quality HR, leadership and professional development support. In her spare time, you can find her reading, traveling, learning, dancing, spending time with family and friends or just relaxing.
