Effectiveness in Distributed Teams - A Collaborative Workshop

Do you work on a team with people who don't always sit right next to you? Come along and share your challenges, your successes and any tricks and tips, for teams with full or part remote working, working from home, etc. We'd love to see managers of teams as well as remote workers and their colleagues - let's talk about how to do this better!

18:00 for a hot and cold buffet style meal (sandwiches / canapes etc)
18:30 - 20:30 for the workshop, facilitated by Louise McMahon

We're a small, low-key friendly group, and newcomers are always very welcome. If you're interested in getting peer support on another leadership topic that's relevant to you right now, come along and chat to us - there may well be other people interested in the same topic and we can help make it happen.

There is level access to the venue through the main door and there is a lift. Free parking is available next to the door.
