Leadership: Pitfalls, emotions, and mistakes

Whether you lead or you're being led by someone, you both have a part to play in making the most out of any working relationship.
Most new leaders are dropped in the deep end without any support or training, in this workshop we'll explore the common pitfalls, emotions and mistakes that occur on any leadership journey (whether you're leading or being led). We'll also explore the practical advise we all wish we'd had!

Timetable:

18:00 for a hot and cold buffet style meal (sandwiches / canapes etc)
18:30 - 20:30 for the workshop

We're a small, low-key friendly group, and newcomers are always very welcome. If you're interested in getting peer support on another leadership topic that's relevant to you right now, come along and chat to us - there may well be other people interested in the same topic and we can help make it happen.

There is level access to the venue through the main door and there is a lift and a single stall gender neutral bathroom. Free parking is available next to the door.
