Speaker Bios:
Roy Johnson, CEO, EcoFactor
Roy comes to EcoFactor after four years as CEO at Calisolar, Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer of solar silicon, wafers and high-performance cells. Prior to his time at Calisolar, Johnson was CEO of Redline Networks, where he guided the team to an industry leadership position in the Application Front End market, from pre-revenue to a successful acquisition by Juniper Networks for $132 million in May 2005. Previously Johnson also held the post of vice president of marketing and business development at 2Wire and spent 13 years at 3Com Corporation. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Michael Murray, CEO, Lucid
Michael is Lucid's co-founder and CEO, having led the company since its inception in 2004. A LEED Accredited Professional, he has ten years of experience working with metering and building automation systems. Prior to joining Lucid, Michael specialized in Ecological Footprint applications for governments, non-profits and corporations with Global Footprint Network. His work included environmental assessments of electric utilities; commercial real-estate corporations; the Australian, British and Canadian governments; and numerous international non-governmental organizations. He has led original research evaluating payback of photovoltaics at the Lewis Center for Environmental Studies in Oberlin, Ohio. Michael holds a BA with highest honors in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College.

Robert O'Connor, Partner, WSGR
Robert O'Connor is a corporate partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a leader in the firm's energy and clean technology practice. He was instrumental in establishing this key practice and works with a dedicated team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Bob primarily focuses on the representation of technology enterprises, with an emphasis on those in the clean technology space, in raising capital through private and public debt and equity financings, including their initial public offerings. His practice also includes advising companies in connection with a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, as well as the sale, development, and finance of renewable energy projects. In addition, Bob advises many leading venture capital and private equity firms in connection with their portfolio company investments and advises investment banks in connection with initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions.

Abe Yokell, Partner, RockPort Capital Partners
Abe is a Partner at RockPort Capital Partners and helped spearhead the opening of RockPort’s Menlo Park, CA office. He has worked in all realms of cleantech and on specific investments in solar, energy storage, energy efficiency, transportation, lighting, smart grid, green buildings, water, wind, and advanced materials, among other sectors. Abe has been with RockPort for over nine years and has been directly involved in over 25 initial investments. He currently holds board seats at EcoFactor, Qnovo, Solar Universe, and Flywheel Software, and has was previously involved with Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH), Recurve (acquired by Tendril), and Eka Systems (acquired by Cooper Power), among others.
