A distinguished investor panel will discuss the latest trends in startup funding. Pre-selected entrepreneurs in the formal line up will then pitch to our investor panel, followed by questions and feedback from the panel.
Audience members (even those who are not pitching in the formal line up) will benefit from the insights offered by the investor panelists . All attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the Silicon Valley startup investment ecosystem. All attendees will have an opportunity to interact with investor panelists during the networking portions of the event.

Two minutes, no slides, followed by four minutes of Q & A / feedback.

Nuno Goncalves Pedro, Grishin Robotics Venture Capital
Nuno Goncalves Pedro is a venture partner with Grishin Robotics Venture Capital, a Sand Hill Road venture capital firm focused on smart hardware investments. He is also the founder and managing partner of Strive Capital, a quantitative early-stage venture capital fund focused on early-stage consumer mobile and deep software (artificial intelligence and blockchain). At the same time, Nuno has served and continues serving as a board member for various start-ups and non-profits in the US, Europe and Asia.
Andre Gueziac, Angel Investor
André Gueziac is an entrepreneur and executive with a unique combination of product vision, technical depth, and start-up expertise. André founded Beat the Traffic and sold it to the Pelmorex Canadian media group (“The Weather Network”).
André is an angel investor and advisor to selected technology companies. His sweet spot is to be a catalyst in early stage opportunities where it also makes sense for him to actively participate in an advisory role. He has published forty peer-reviewed papers, journal articles and book chapters and is an inventor of about 35 U.S Patents. He also wrote a book entitled “You can be a Silicon Valley Success”.
Vish Mishra, Clearstone Venture Partners
Vish Mishra is a venture director at Clearstone Venture Directors. Vish joined Clearstone in March 2002 with over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the high tech industry including software, Internet, networking and telecommunications. He is a founder and served as a board member of Telera and was also co-founder of Excelan - companies which had very successful exits. Vish sits or has sat on boards of many venture-backed companies.
Vish holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology at Benares Hindu University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and MBA work from the University of Minnesota.
