Field Trip: Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum

The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum possesses the oldest, most historic and most comprehensive American railroad collections in the world. Dating from the beginning of American railroading, the collection contains locomotives and rolling stock, historic buildings, and small objects and includes the finest collection of 19th century steam locomotives.

Tripods or monopods are permitted during normal hours of operation as long as they do not block any walkways or interfere with visitor traffic or visitor’s experience.
Flash photography is permitted unless posted.
Cost: $20.00 adult admission, $17.00 for seniors (60+)

SSCC monthly field trips are a benefit of membership. Club members meet at interesting photogenic sites in the area ranging from DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. You can shoot on your own or team up with a helpful Club member for tips and inspiration.

Club membership is a reasonable $45/year for individuals. Guests are always welcome to participate.

The field trip fee for non-members is $10.00
