The Simply Living Transition Hub meeting this month will ask the question: Is it possible to make the transition to clean energy, healthy local food, and revitalized communities when corporate interests dominate our political system? We will watch the last 35 minutes of the documentary, We the People 2.0 (http://celdf.org/we-the-people-2/), and discuss the need for a Community Bill of Rights (http://www.columbusbillofrights.org/) to reclaim our democracy from corporate interests. Move to Amend’s proposed 28th amendment to the constitution will also be discussed. Free. Light refreshments available. Donations support Simply Living Sustainable U. Parking in rear lot is free but only in R (Rardin Clinic) spaces. Get free tickets on Evenbrite (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/we-the-people-20-corporate-interests-vs-local-community-rule-tickets-32336183395)to ensure a seat.
