We will watch the 50-minute version of this documentary film about food waste and food rescue. The film brings farmers, retailers, inspiring organizations, and consumers to the table in a story that is equal parts education and delicious entertainment. We will discuss the film and its implications for us as individual consumers and for Columbus and central Ohio communities. Class led by Mac Crawford and Chuck Lynd. Free.
