STAIRS @ Memorial

Details
Anyone is welcome to participate! Climbing stairs is a great way to help get in shape or keep fit for skiing or snowshoeing.
Event Description:
You simply go at a pace you are comfortable with, it is not required to run up and down and you don't have to stay for the entire hour if you have not done the stairs before. If a hill is more your comfort zone to start with you're more than welcome to walk up the paved pathway next to the stairs. With 167 steps (40m) to climb up there are a few ways you can do this other than going up and down the stairs:
Optional Route #1:
Start with the stairs, then walk down the paved pathway to catch your breath or save your knees.
Optional Route #2:
Walk up the path heading east and come down the stairs.
Optional Route #3:
You can start off at the bottom of the stairs & work your way up a few stairs then hit the path, then either walk back down the same way or down the stairs.
For participants wanting to make this a mid-week challenge, you can wear a loaded backpack for a super cardio workout!
Required to bring:
It is important to hydrate so WATER is recommended to bring with you.
Unless it is extremely cold, or it is snowing heavily, this event is a go.
