Those who RSVP "Yes" will be emailed a link at about 5 minutes before the start of the meeting. On the hour, just as it begins, a link will also be posted on http://www.JohnWren.com where you'll also be able to find a link to the video of the meeting by no later than the next morning.

If you haven't used Google+ Hangouts before, you are in for a treat. You'll need to spend a few minutes learning about it, Google the search term "Google+ Hangouts" there are all kinds of short videos and other information about it. Then a suggest you try a practice session with a friend before you try it with us, but of course that's not mandatory.

Each Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 5 p.m. Mountain time, we share startup experience, go on Fresh Thought Hunts, and we share information and announcements about startup information and events of all sorts.

Starting April 30, these are public sessions, they will be posted and broadcast live on YouTube, you need to be a Google+ and Small Business Chamber of Commerce Google+ Page member to participate. The first 8 to RSVP here will be guaranteed a seat at the Google+ Hangout roundtable.

Join us if you want to start a new career, or when you want to take your current career to a new level as you start a new project, campaign, or a new business. Sometimes the best way to start is to just get a job in the direction of your dreams, this is also a useful session if you just want to find a good job fast, and your open to helping others being the best way to help yourself.

Then, to help you get started yourself, help your local chamber or other group start a face-to-face IDEA Café Startup Workshop or Franklin Circle as part of what they offer their members. We will help you for free, if you want our help.

We are about to do an outreach campaign to local chambers and other groups, we expect to need people like you to lead new groups in cooperation with them across Colorado and beyond. Attending this online workshop or one of the face-to-face workshops is the first step towards becoming an IDEA Café leader.

Today's session will be personally led by John Wren, founder & CEO of the Small Business Chamber of Commerce. He has decades of experience with startups and people starting new careers. He started holding what we now call IDEA Cafe Startup Workshops in Denver nearly 20 years ago, 5280 Magazine says Wren's workshops have "infused Denver with an entrepreneurial spirit."

Wren has formed your Small Business Chamber with the intention to help startups across Colorado and beyond, in cooperation with local chambers, other groups, and local community newspapers. There is a lot of information about him online (websites, his book is on Amazon--Google "John Wren Daring Mighty Thing, Facebook, Linked In, Branch Out, About.me etc etc.

We plan on forming a board of directors and becoming an educational 501C3 corporation, please let John Wren know if you'd be willing to serve on the board or help in any other way. We need speakers who are willing to share their startup experience at workshops, let us know if you or anyone you know might be willing to share.

Contact John Wren at (303)861-1447 (Phone usually answered immediately by him from 9:30 to 11 a.m.) call first, then email John@SmallBizChamber.org. Thanks!
