So Choir! is the super-fun social singing group event! Get together with friends and soon to become friends, for drinks and top singalong fun!
It TOTALLY doesn't matter if you feel you can't sing or have never done anything like this before. Yes really! No auditions, no sheet music, no awkwardness and you'll never have to sing on your own - in fact, forget everything you've ever imagined a choir to be because So Choir! couldn't be more different. π
On the night, we take a great pop or rock track and give it the So Choir! treatment, with a side order of live music to create EPIC harmony! Give yourself a treat and add your voice to the mix to help create something amazing!
What songs do we sing?? Awesome songs, thatβs what! This lot for starters: Foo Fighters, Prince, Fleetwood Mac, McFly, The 1975, Take That, Stereophonics, The Beegees, Kaiser Chiefs, Backstreet Boys, James Bay, The Script, U2, Simple Minds, Crowded House...the list goes ON! π΅
"But what song will WE sing..?!" I hear you ask. Hey, break out of that pesky comfort zone and just come along, have a drink or six, meet excellent people and help create something AMAZING! We put a lot of thought into our song choices, so it'll be a banger! Just come down and go with the flow. So Choir! = guaranteed to broaden your musical horizons. We might even introduce you to something you've never heard before... but you will LOVE it...trust us! π
π¨ Our venues are spacious, airy and well ventilated. We maintain air-flow by keeping doors open and running fans or a/c to pull fresh air through. If it's nice out and there's a cool space available, we sometimes run our events outside with a piΓ±a colada in each hand β±πΉπΉπ
