What we're about
This NYC-based group meets to share research on the rapidly emerging field of soft robotics. We review the technology coming out of top universities such as Cornell, Harvard, MIT and Carnegie Mellon. We investigate entrepreneurial ventures into soft robotics, such as Otherlab, Empire Robotics and FlexSYS Inc. In addition, within the New York maker community, we do hands on demonstrations and experiments at public makerspaces.
