This group is for anyone interested in a fun, uplifting, energizing way to relieve stress, reduce anxiety & depression, meet new people and share in community! More and more, we are pushed to the max (either from family or work....or both!) and our nervous systems are on hyper-drive. Plus, more often than not, we are connecting with people via social media rather than face to face. Let's get together! As a Certified Laughter Wellness Instructor, I invite you to explore the stress-relieving and joy boosting effects of laughter, deep breathing, mindfulness, and community. It's more than just fun, it's revitalizing. You don't need to be flexible or funny! We use simple activities to promote laughter and connection...and the benefits are amazing. You'll be smiling from the inside out. :)

Jump-start your week with inner joy and a positive attitude! Join us for Laughter Yoga. • What we'll do Join us for this special class at the Cinnaminson Library! Laughter yoga is healing for body, mind, and spirit. It does not involve yoga poses; it’s the yoga of breath and moving energy. The “yoga” aspect of it is the mindfulness and deep breathing exercises we incorporate. Laughing for wellness promotes healing and having fun through simple movements, lots of intentional laughter, playful activity and breathing exercises. It’s very simple, so it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair. Session ends with a guided awareness, which helps ground us, allowing our body to rest and fully integrate the wonderful benefits of the laughter practice. Laughter Yoga is excellent for: ** boosting your energy ** supporting your immune system ** creating a positive outlook ** reducing stress ** relieving mild pain, anxiety and depression. • What to bring All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a willingness to have fun. No yoga mat needed. Wear comfortable clothes.

In this fast-paced world, we can get so caught up in the things we have to do, that it’s easy to forget how important it is to take time to care for ourselves. In this special class we will use the ancient Healing Arts of Yoga, Sound Healing, and Deep Relaxation to relieve ourselves of stress, anxiety and worries that can bog us down. Be gently guided to release the tension and stress in the body so you can experience a much more peaceful presence. A great way to start your weekend. No yoga experience necessary. All supplies provided, just ware comfortable clothes. $20 ahead if you pay on line at yogaforliving.net or $25 at the door Please make sure to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to the start to settle in ready for the class that starts promptly at 7pm when the doors close.

Laughter Yoga is a whole body, well-being workout; it’s joyful and healthy exercise that combines unconditional laughter with deep breathing exercises and light movement. There are no actual yoga poses involved. The “yoga” aspect is the breathing and mindfulness exercises we do. This class is a wonderful opportunity to experience, practice and reinforce stress-reducing, joy-boosting techniques that you can utilize in everyday life. Laughter Yoga is available to everybody; you can even participate in a chair! It is also family friendly. It is not comedy. You don’t need to be flexible or funny.
