This group is for anyone interested in a fun, uplifting, energizing way to relieve stress, reduce anxiety & depression, meet new people and share in community! More and more, we are pushed to the max (either from family or work....or both!) and our nervous systems are on hyper-drive. Plus, more often than not, we are connecting with people via social media rather than face to face. Let's get together! As a Certified Laughter Wellness Instructor, I invite you to explore the stress-relieving and joy boosting effects of laughter, deep breathing, mindfulness, and community. It's more than just fun, it's revitalizing. You don't need to be flexible or funny! We use simple activities to promote laughter and connection...and the benefits are amazing. You'll be smiling from the inside out. :)

Better than a power nap, this guided relaxation with leave you feeling focused, refreshed, and calm.

Try it in the morning to start your day in the present moment, or at lunch for a “pick me up” to get through the day less sluggish, or ending the day with this practice will help prepare your mind and body for a good nights rest.

Be gently guided through a conscious awareness practice while lying fully supported. The floor is best but if this is not available for you the practice can also be done sitting in a chair or lying in bed. Some optional breathing practice will be offered to support healing the nervous system (taking us out of the body's fight or flight mode) and boosting the immune system.

As you become more relaxed your body temperature may drop slightly so you may want a cover and possibly a pillow or propping for under the knees to support any lower back tensions.

In less than 30 minutes feel the tensions and stress melt away as you take time for your wellbeing.

Are you interested in bringing more joy and vitality to your life? Are you looking for a fun, uplifting way to relieve stress and anxiety and have some fun at the same time? Join us for a laughter class!

Laughter Yoga is a whole body, well-being workout; it’s joyful and healthy exercise that combines unconditional laughter with deep breathing exercises and light movement.

There are no actual yoga poses involved. The “yoga” aspect is the breathing and mindfulness exercises we do. This class is a wonderful opportunity to experience, practice and reinforce stress-reducing, joy-boosting techniques that you can utilize in everyday life.

Laughter Yoga is available to everybody; you can even participate in a chair! It is also family friendly.

It is not comedy. You don’t need to be flexible or funny.

Benefits include:
