Coraly Rosario will return to show you how to analyze the data gathered from the Sacramento Indie Arcade and/or other events where fellow independent developers have showcased their games to the public.
Class will start with a quick recap on what was discussed in part one including personas, goals, and the types of questions to ask during a user session. We will then go over how to analyze the data collected via surveys and video (or simply notes you jot down) to find patterns and "pain points" in your design. Next, we will look at what users say and do, as well as body language. Lastly, we will cover ways you can showcase this information to the rest of your team in a way that can be easily understood.
Bring your questions and a laptop or pen & paper to take notes.
