Session 1: My first PHP Application in Azure.

In this session you will learn how to setup PHP, MySQL, Apache and Visual Studio Code in Ubuntu. And then develop your first PHP application using Visual Studio Code and test it under Ubuntu. Finally deploy your application as a Azure App Service using Visual Studio Code for Ubuntu.
