Multiplatform Client Development Strategies and Learnings

At Prezi we are working hard to develop the same product on many different platforms. This brings up many technological and organisational questions about how to do it properly.

Shall we share code between platforms?

Shall we use a multi-platform framework?

Should we form separate teams for each platform?

Before we started the implementation we made some research. I would like to share with you our findings and experiences. If you are right before expanding your application to a new platform, this talk should definitely be useful for you.
