This is a group for anyone interested in getting strong, going after new skills, regaining lost movement, increasing strength through varied physical challenges, creating a healing environment for injuries, or complementing other physical pursuits.
A major focus will be moving the spine, hips and shoulders but we will also look at the importance of our feet, ankles, wrists and even fingers and toes.
Varied exercises include the basics of hand balancing, gymnastics rings and progressions towards strength and movement skills, all geared towards bulletproofing the major players in movement and performance.
Whilst cosmetics and weight loss are not a focus of these classes, this is usually a happy side effect!
All levels are welcome.
