This session is designed to provoke some self-examination of your own hiring methods and offer practical solutions to engage with the best people for your organisation. Jim Marshall is the CEO of Marshall Wolfe. Jim brings over 15 years in the talent management sector. Having run a multimillion pound agency for many years and managed countless hiring agendas for large banks and FTSE 250 companies, Jim believes he knows what good hiring looks like. Jim grew up in East Anglia and is passionate about our region. His first job in returning to the region after University was as a Teacher in Lowestoft. He set-up his first business, Ifftner Solutions in 2004, on the outskirts of Ipswich. These two experiences alone gave him a real view of some of the challenges facing both candidates and employers locally. Jim is involved with Tech East, particularly as an advisor on the Skills Agenda. In his spare time Jim enjoys coaching hockey. He is a registered coach at Ipswich and East Suffolk Hockey Club. He particularly values the confidence and team ethics our youngsters gain from being part of a high performing team.
