TGQMM – Monday, December 12th
This week we will continue some of the Metta Practice we learned at the Day Long and last Monday. This time we will talk a bit about forgiveness as our year comes to an end.
We look forward to being and practicing with you.

*Dana (generosity)/Gift Economics Practice
In the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are given freely because they are considered priceless; in the Buddhist tradition we also practice dana, or generosity, by making monetary offerings for the teachings. Dana is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart. Your generosity is a gift that supports not just the teachers, but also the Sangha, the larger Dharma community, and your own practice. - See more at: http://dharmawisdom.org/teachings/articles/meaning-pali-word-dana#sthash.4BmAR1AS.dpuf
We will be meditating and continuing our discussion on our visions, allowing, growing, and expanding from the place of accepting what is and where we are in this time.
What do we need to commit to in order experience less suffering, even when our growth and changes are painful and even when they are not.
We look forward to seeing you!!
For your convenience, please see the description from our last session below.
Wishing you safety and ease,
