For our brave and bold members seeking new adventures; those searching for unusual hiking places, this exhilarating 'hike to heaven' may be the ultimate experience you've been looking for!
Recently, I decided to re-visit some old interesting forgotten trails and places that we used to so some time back. Some of these trails are now covered with vegetation, creepers, fallen trees, wells, jars and wild mushrooms. Also while doing this recce hike, I found a beautiful 'bamboo forest' setting; get to experience the chills at certain creepy spots when the temperature dips as well as get to enjoy the peace and quietness of this beautiful forest.
For those looking for a therapeutic 'forest-bathing' experience, this adventure hike will also bring you to some secret farms, wells, a forgotten quarry, a quiet serene lake lookout as well as a hill-top that offers some nice scenic views. After this hike, chances are you will feel a sense of peace and would be thankful that we still have some 'hidden gems' in our forest that offers that much-needed 'refreshment' for our soul.

As some of you have requested, I'll be doing a hike to these beautiful forests, quarry and lake again and you're invited to come and explore these 'hidden gems' with me. (Please note that Gombak Forest/ Hill is now closed and off-limits to hikers)
However, do note that you need to be physically fit and not be afraid to bash through the woods, fallen trees, etc. as we seek to explore unknown or hidden trails, structures, forgotten paths or steps that leads to heaven or nowhere. You must have a spirit of adventure; to explore new and unfamiliar paths and willing to 'get lost' for the fun of it with us. This is where the excitement and adventure begins! :)
