Let's learn about async code (e.g. AJAX, setTimeout) in Javascript and patterns that have evolved over time. We'll talk about callbacks, promises and the upcoming async/await syntax for Javascript. We'll talk about utilizing BabelJS or Typescript to use async/await in your current code. This talk is focused on javascript that runs in the browser.
