Tai Chi Long Beach for Beginners & Qi Gong Flow
We are teaching and practicing Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form set 24. This is the Chinese national workout, as well as the most popular Tai Chi style practiced worldwide. This class is great for beginners as well as for people with Tai Chi Chuan experience. This is a FREE community service class. Everyone is welcome including children and seniors. Our class was featured on CNN! Click on the link to view (1:36 min length) We are now including the famous 8-Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) Qi Gong exercises in our warm up section. Also, we are teaching Tai Chi Chuan weapons forms including sword and fan. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes. Practicing barefoot is optional for those that want to strengthen their connection/ground to the Earth.
