Intro to Graphics Programs (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)

Join us for the first in a short series of Zoom classes with a basic introduction to professional level software, Adobe Suite of Photoshop and Illustrator from a professional artists and graphics expert.

We'll cover the history of Adobe, discussion of what the programs do, explanation of vector vs raster, introduce basic photo editing and introduce vector drawing, Presentation will be followed by Q&A.

Follow on courses will include topics to include Adobe Illustrator: Vector Art, and Typography, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Photography.

The instructor, Eric Z Goodnight is a professional artist with an open-to-the-public studio sponsored by the city of Pinellas Park. He's been creating digital art since the late 80s and using Adobe programs like Photoshop since the late 90s. He has written graphics articles for How-To Geek.com, Lifehacker, and Gizmodo.
