Using the Expert II LX Vinyl Cutter (Members Only)

Students will learn how to set up a file for print on CorelDraw, how to set up the Expert II LX vinyl cutter, cut to the vinyl cutter from CorelDraw, weed and heat press a heat transfer vinyl cutout to create their own designed t-shirt.

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in and receive your materials. We will start on time.

The class will be led by Roger Breit. He is a middle school civics teacher and after-school robotics coach in the Tampa public schools. He has been a member of THS for over five years. His primary interests are in woodworking and making things for the classroom.

1. Masks are required and must be properly worn.
2. We have face shields that may be worn along with the masks.
3. You may be temperature screened when you arrive.
4. Maintain social distancing during the class.
5. If the instructor is not comfortable with your participation, you could be asked to leave without completing this class. This is done for the safety of everyone in the class.
6. You must badge in even if the door is open. We need to have a record of everyone's presence in case there is a future or unexpected problem (e.g. contact tracing is required).
