There's a hackathon that me and a few friends are going to. I've been to about a dozen hackathons and this one is my favorite.
What is a hackathon you might ask?
It's a place where a bunch of developers (and non-developers) get together to build a finished startup/project in 2 days. It's a good way to learn about the software industry as a whole. All levels are welcome
The theme is based on the telecommunications industry and there's lots of free swag and prizes
