Virtual Project Management Workshop

During this highly interactive session, we'll talk through 3 very important topics related to managing your nonprofit projects/initiatives. We'll 1.) share 3-4 tips per topic and any recommended resources/trainings and then 2.) jump into small breakout rooms (8-10 minutes per topic) with a mixture of nonprofits and techies/Project Management professionals in each room.
