Joe Lopilato, Technical Director, Symantec
Joe's primary role is an architect for the analytics team within the Managed Security Service (MSS). The analytics platform is a cloud based system which analyzes log data from customer security devices for potential and active threats. Prior to his current role, Joe served as a Development Director for the Symantec Advanced Concepts team, a small group of engineers within Symantec Research Labs whose charter was to develop new products with minimal management overhead. Education: Suffolk University Law School, JD cum laude; University of Lowell, BSBA, magna cum laude
Matt Quinn, Senior Director of Technology, Audible
Matt Quinn is Senior Director of Technology and Site Lead for Audible’s Cambridge development office. He joined Amazon in 2014, working on Fire Phone for a year until transitioning to his current role at Audible. Before Amazon, Matt worked for Vistaprint for seven years as Director of Technology leading Vistaprint’s Digital Product line. With a dozen years of start-up experience, Matt knows how to ably navigate the challenge, strategy and pace of Audible’s engineering culture. He has a Masters in Management from Emmanuel College and a Mathematics degree from the College of the Holy Cross in beautiful Worcester, MA. Outside work he loves sailing with his wife and two daughters, golfing, going to Red Sox games, and skiing in the winter.
Kathleen Casey, Distinguished Member of Technical Staff - National Channel Operations at Verizon Wireless
Kathleen serves as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff for Verizon Wireless. With a diverse background across various roles in retail operations, infrastructure and mobile technology, she is responsible the technical aspect of the customer experience, driving engagement and efficiencies across POS, self-serve, consumer mobile app integration and retail ops. Kathleen and her team are charged with delivering a seamless customer journey by developing best in class personalized experiences at the corner of digital integration and innovative technology. Kathleen is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology. She also has a Master’s in Social Work - International and Community Development concentration from Monmouth University and a M.B.A. from Centenary University in New Jersey.
Justin Reilly, Head of Customer Experience Innovation, Verizon Fios
Justin Reilly is an entrepreneur, innovator, strategist and thought leader, passionate about the intersection of Marketing, Product and Customer Experience. At Verizon, he is responsible for digital strategy and innovation, 5-year customer-centric growth and CX practice maturity for the Fios brand. He has a proven track record of ensuring that the life and liberty of Big Ideas shine through in tactical roadmaps. A frequent speaker on Customer Centricity and Digital Strategy, Justin’s eclectic background has afforded him the privilege to work with Fortune 500 brands across the world in a number of capacities.
