Prototype, Play, and Build Workshops: Trial In-Person Event

We're intending to be in person this month of April at the Idea Foundry for both Prototype and Play and GameDev Meetups on a trial experience. This means we'll have a normal meeting in-person and we'll evaluate each month whether we'll have more in person events.

All in person events will be open to the public with added PPE masks and sanitation materials and stations. We will be wearing masks and cleaning the events spaces. Even though we encourage masks, vaccinations, and social distancing; they are not required for these events. The health and safety is our upmost focus with any COGG event and thusly COGG, the Idea Foundry may deem necessary to alter these measures to support the safety of its attendees. Come join us at the Idea Foundry for our monthly COGG Prototype and Play in the Co-Working space! It'll be packed with lots of camaraderie playing your's and other's games at the Idea Foundry's 2nd floor.

All Attendees:
Don't have a game to show? Not a problem! All are welcomed and invited from all ages and backgrounds. The more we can have to play test our games the better!

In-Person Developers @Idea Foundry:
Do you have a game that you would like to get critical feedback? Would you like an excuse to work on a game with other talented artists, programmers, musicians, designers, and writers? Digital, table-top, non-experienced developers, and the like are welcomed! We'll provide signage for your game to help others learn more about your work.

Come to the Prototype and Play workshop to collaborate and meet local game developers for an evening of epic and raw game play fun! Play works in progress, show off your own game, work with others to add polish to a game, or even lend your talents to other fellow developers. Pizza, drinks, and other food will be provided!

Just a reminder for those who have not been to our Prototype and Play events in person before that they occur the same night as Franklinton Fridays so you may some non-gamers stop by. Be sure to welcome them and say hi!
