Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw Desserts is moved to February 20th

From: Darcy
Sent on: Wednesday, February 6, 2013 7:18 AM

We've changed the date of Jennifer Cornbleet's Romantic Raw Desserts to February 20th. It was on Valentine's day.  It's 2/20 at 6:30 p.m. in Berkeley 1970 Chestnut St (off University Near San Pablo Ave)

I also want to let you know that a new raw food chef named Paul Robbins will be making a meal for us and we want to offer it at a special price that can be paid for when you sign up.  He has an inspiring tale to tell about his own raw food journey- but we'll save that for another meetup.  Needless to say he is an excellent chef and he has learned the art of making delicious raw food and I can't wait til you try it.

I will post the dinner selection this week!

Meanwhile- RSVP to the meetup and if you decide to select the dinner- when I post it we can arrange it.

Here are the delicious details of this event!

Did I tell you that Jennifer is not to be missed? Everyone walked away from her last meetup on a high.

and everyone who signs up will enter a raffle for two cook books her Raw Desserts and her newly revised Raw Food Made Easy- I'm still making my way through the many simple but tasty recipes out of this book and the mango avocado salad I've made several times.

The full details:

For those of you who missed her last presentation, Jennifer was an inspiration for all of thus who want to incorporate more raw foods into our life. For a special treat, Jennifer is returning with

Romantic Raw Desserts with Jennifer Cornbleet

Now you can have your cake and eat it too! You can stay vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or just plain health-conscious and still eat delicious cakes, pies, compotes, crumbles, custards, sorbets, ice creams, cookies, and candies. Join Jennifer for this special Valentine’s Day presentation, as she shares her favorite no-bake recipes from her book, Raw For Dessert. Includes tastes of Chocolate Cherry Brownies and Pineapple Upside Down Cake!

It was Jennifer's recipe of Chocolate Cherry Brownies that someone brought to a pot luck and turned out to be such a surprise I had to find out who made. As soon as I found out whose recipe it was I couldn't wait to have her make some for all of you.

And, even though just being there will be enough- Jennifer is raffling off two of her books!
