The guided meditation sessions aim to remedy the cacophony of external and internal noise we're subjected to on a daily basis as well as help you establish a deeper connection to your internal and external world.
The lucid dreaming sessions give you access to tools and techniques to consciously explore your dream world and help you engage more lucidly with both your night and waking experience.
All of the sessions aim to help you to find internal happiness, and balance as well as connect you with lovely like minded folk over tea and and shared curiosity!
