JCW ONLINE: Nonfiction

In the Nonfiction Workshop we critique essays, op-eds, memoirs, creative nonfiction, and book proposals.

Attendance requires registration on Meetup in advance of the workshop. If this is your first time, please give us your email address when prompted when you RSVP on Meetup so you can receive the discussion guidelines, and the submissions to be discussed during the workshop.

Two or three works are discussed each night and writers must sign up in advance. We book in advance and you must attend the Nonfiction Workshop at least once to submit. Talk to the meeting moderator for more information.

Works longer than 2,000 words must be submitted no later than the Friday before the workshop and will be read in advance. Shorter works are read during the workshop.
