Join Mariscela Alvarez, Chi Kung & Tai Chi instructor to learn to move through life with grace, balance and harmony.

Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese exercise, which involves the mind, breath, and movement to restore the flow of chi (energy) to a natural, healthy balance.

Tai Chi, or moving meditation, is a series of choreographed movements, which enhances total awareness, & concentration of the energy flow inside the body. These classes are safe, easy and fun to learn for all ages. Some of the benefits are:

• Develop physical strength
• Improve balance and coordination
• Develop spinal strength and stability
• Relaxation and reduction of stress
• Relieve arthritis and increase flexibility
• Increase mental awareness and more

Our sacred space will be infused with Young Living Essential Oils assisting us in promoting peace and balance by reducing stress, anxiety and depression. They also help stimulate the immune system, alleviate pain, increase alertness and much more.
