This is the inaugural #OverWeb Meetup!
The #OverWeb is a Trust Layer on top of the existing web. It attaches information, interactions, and experiences with web objects in the page source. Browser overlay apps like Hypothesis, dokieli and Bridgit are the first wave of the #OverWeb.
In the Next Generation Internet, the page source will be the Contextual Footprint for a world of information, interactions, and experiences associated with any single page
