After the outbreak of COVID-19 our first concern is the health and safety of all those that may be exposed to this virus. Our financial health becomes a concern only after we have been able to take care of ourselves and those that mean the most to us.

COVID-19 has left no part of our lives untouched turning a health crisis to a financial crisis. With what seems like almost daily headlines of “broken records” and “firsts” the rapidly changing environment leaves us unable to predict what may happen 24 hours from now.

This webinar will cover just that question as we have several individuals from different sectors of the commercial real estate industry joining us for a panel discussion on this topic.

JOHN COHEN – SYNDICATOR AND INVESTOR - TORO REAL ESTATE PARTNER: John co-Founded Toro Real Estate Partners in 2015. He has been investing in real estate since 2010 and focusing on deep value-add projects. He has been involved in over $450 million in various real estate transactions, spanning tax liens, rental/sale transactions in Manhattan, vacant land, single family flips, and multifamily value add.

ERICH HAUK – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LENDER – CROWN CAPITAL GROUP, INC.: As the AVP of production, servicing, and marketing at Crown Capital Group, Erich is responsible for all phases of production from developing new relationships, underwriting, packaging new loans, and following through the process to closing.

CHARLES DEHART – COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKER – MARCUS AND MILLICHAP: Charles is an Associate at the Marcus & Millichap Atlanta office. He provides brokerage services for commercial real estate investors with a specialty in mobile home parks.
