Push yourself reach your workout goals. All you need to do is set your alarm and join The Rise family for an undeniably awesome workout. We welcome everybody! You will be physically exhausted and mentally psyched to tackle the rest of the day.

Hill Running Workout

Williamsburg Bridge Pedestrian Path

Meet on the Manhattan side of the Williamsburg for some hill running fun! Some weeks we sprint, other weeks we explore the bridge. Sometimes we draw cards, other times we ditch the props and simply run. You'll have to show up to find out!


HIIT Workout

Washington Square Park

This one workout will keep you amped up all week long. Seriously, give it a try and you will be hooked!

The exercises may change from week to week, but it is always a Tabata-style interval workout: 20 seconds of high intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then repeat! Exercises include sprints, burpees, squats, situps, box jumps, step ups, pushups, dips, and other “no-frills” exercises.

Warm up beforehand by running, biking, or walking. Show up a few minutes early to meet people and get yourself pumped up.

Brooklyn Body Circuit

Fort Greene Park

Start your Tuesday off right with an awesome free workout from The Rise NYC! 30 minutes of body weight, cardio, encouragement, and high fives that's sure to put a smile on your face.

All levels are welcome. Just come out and give it your maximum effort!

We typically do three 7-9 minute circuits. Sometimes there are themes and every time they will make you sweat!

Getting up and showing up is the hardest part. Once you're there, you'll wonder why you don't come every week! So come get your sweat on in Fort Greene Park and meet some great people!

Oh, and remember The Three Rules

(1) Anyone can do this.
(2) Everyone is welcome.
(3) We will have fun.

Core Body Boot Camp

Wake up. Work out. DONE!


This is a core strength workout. We do boot camp style exercises, so think pushups, situps, planks, squats, burpees, etc. There's a lot of smiles and laughing involved, too... (and the high fives will come back as we leave the COVID era behind!)

Not sure how to do burpees? Pike jumps? Dragon Pushups? That's fine! We'll teach you. This is an awesome way to rock your body and get fit fast.

We welcome all fitness levels! Even if you have not worked out in years we want you to join us. Working out with fun, encouraging people in a group setting is better than trying to do this all on your own. EVERYBODY IS WELCOME!
