About two weeks ago we had an August RUCKoning workout: we traded in the simple act of walking with our backpacks for bicep curls and weighted squats. Simple As Ruck takes us back to the classic format!

This one's just three miles: we'll meet at the Manhattan Bridge, cross over into Brooklyn, ascend the steps at Fort Greene Park, and end at Black Forest, where we will inevitably take in more calories than we burned.
