What is a "RUCKoning"? It's like any other Rise workout, except (1) we use weighted backpacks as props, and (2) it's at night!

Get a backpack, load it with about 10 pounds of "stuff" and bring it with you! We're doing bicep curls, overhead squats, etc., so don't go too crazy with the weight!

We'll meet at Stuyvesant Cove Park for 45 minutes of fitness, followed by food/drinks at Molly's Pub (287 3rd Ave)

Bring friends! Bring family! And of course, bring your backpack. RISE UP!
