It's our Day of Reckoning workout!! Our monthly challenge to do as many hill repeats as you can in 30 minutes. Run up the 0.4 mile incline, touch the graffiti wall at the top, head back to the bottom, and repeat! Try to beat your total from last month.
This is the LAST Friday Rise workout until March 1st. We'll be in the lab working on the next iteration of Hills all of January and February. So come get your fill!!
Wear a costume! What is an appropriate costume for a final DOR on the Willy B? Perhaps you could dress like Willy Shakespeare? Or the graffiti wall? Or you could wear all red to pay tribute to the pedestrian path. Be creative!

All levels are welcome! Everyone runs or walks or run-walks at their own pace!
Bag watch will be provided at the base of the bridge, but please be aware that there is a lot of traffic from pedestrians and bikers on the bridge, so you should always exercise caution with your personal belongings. Always keep valuables on your person at all times.
Oh, and remember the three rules:
1) Anyone can do this.
2) Everyone is welcome.
3) We will have fun!
