All levels are welcome. Just come out and give it your maximum effort!
We typically do three 7-9 minute circuits. Sometimes there are themes and every time they will make you sweat!
Getting up and showing up is the hardest part. Once you're there, you'll wonder why you don't come every week! So come out and watch the sun rise over Grand Army Plaza, get your sweat on, and meet some great people!
