Beginner Viennese Waltz! (4 classes) Starting June 1st!
Perinton Community Center, 1350 Turk Hill Rd, Fairport, NY, USBeginner Viennese Waltz. 4 Classes on Mondays from 6:30-7:30 pm, June 1st through June 22nd. Viennese Waltz is the one dance that I feel is the closest to flying around the room. The traditional music can transport you back in time to court dances in Austria, while other songs make you feel like you are on Dancing With The Stars! This dance is somewhat physically challenging and is better suited to people with an active lifestyle.
Singles and couples are welcome. Rotating partners is optional. You don't even need to have a partner.
Classes are taught by Maureen Hickey, MoDancing LLC, as a session, not drop-in.
